Copies of historic maps include a hand-drawn map of Oyster Bay by William J. Youngs, 1833; map of Henry Fleet's farm in Oyster Bay Cove, 1865; coastal survey of Cold Spring Harbor and Oyster Bay, 1837; and various real estate maps. Atlases include Dolph and Stewart atlases of Nassau County showing streets, roads, and land ownership, 1939; Beers Atlas of Long Island, 1873; Hyde and Co. Atlas of Long Island, 1897; and E.B. Hyde real estate map of Nassau County, 1923. Also a coastal survey map of Oyster Bay with sounding depths, 1889; New York State railroad map, 1878; a map showing property transfers in Hog Island (Centre Island), 1683-1743; a birds-eye view of Oyster Bay in 1900; lot map of Oyster Bay, ca. 1970; and Town of Oyster Bay master plan for the hamlet of Oyster Bay, 1971.
